CONCEPTION XR (Motility Support Formula) 

Contains high dose antioxidants (Vit. C, E, and selenium) plus 1000mg L-carnitine and additional 1000 IU Vit. D3 . Ideal for couples trying to achieve pregnancy.   
Directions for Use:  
Two tablets and two capsules a day with food.
